Extension to Port Haverigg Holiday Village, Millom - £2M
These works include extending an existing holiday park in Cumbria to provide 100 Holiday Homes, 30 Touring pitches, Campsite, Tourist Information Centre, and associated communal facilities. It is anticipated that a detailed planning application for the scheme will be submitted early 2010.

Gloucester Gateway Motorway Services - £24M
FWP are providing comprehensive project and cost management services for the delivery of a major new motorway services on the M5 in Gloucester. The facility will incorporate the most innovative sustainable designs and construction techniques, utilising locally sourced materials and trades.

Granby Halls - £100M
FWP have worked with leading architects AFL to submit a major planning application adjacent to Leicester Tigers Welford Road Stadium. The project is a venture between Leicester Tigers, University College Hospital Leicester, Leicester University and Leicester College. The scheme comprises of 26276 m2 (Granby Halls Site) and 2576 m2 (Fosse Day Care Site) of gross floor area, with the tallest elements at 11 stories.

Barton Grange - £12M
The 50 acre Greenland’s Marina and Waterside Garden Park has provided a major new tourism and recreational facility adjacent to the Lancaster Canal, North of Preston.

Doncaster Racecourse - £60M
The basic components of the scheme included a new main grandstand incorporating 40,000 square foot exhibition centre, a new 150 unit stable complex, stable lad accommodation and relocated parade ring. This was completed in September 2007.
An eight storey, 120 bedroom, 4* Hotel. Included in the FWP design are 34 luxury apartments on the top three floors (maximising views over the racecourse), two restaurants, a café bar and a juice bar. This part of the project will commence once market conditions improve.

Oldham Athletic AFC - £82M
A state of the art 16,500 seater venue capable of hosting national events. The FWP design includes three new stands with bars, hospitality boxes, catering and restaurants, a 4* hotel, conference facilities, office space and 776 new homes.

Salford Forest Park/ Manchester Racecourse - £120M
Based on an equestrian and woodland theme the project includes; a floodlit, international standard racecourse and “all weather” grandstand; an 80 bed hotel, equestrian centre, indoor arena/ livery stable and forest visitor centre.

St Helens Town Centre - £6.2M
Working in partnership with St Helens Together formerly Ravenhead Renaissance FWP were the retained Architects and Project Managers in the delivery of regeneration to the town centre and surrounding suburbs. Funding was secured for the renovation and refurbishment of over 40 commercial properties, the properties varied from the local corner shop to the Theatre Royal, with values from £10,000 to £1.5M.
