A peaceful sophisticted country house hotel set in landscaped grounds in Wrea Green, near Preston. FWP have been commissioned to design a new 36 room guest accommodation extension, spar and 500 capacity functrion suite.

Duke Street - £400K
As the retained architects and project managers for St Helens Council, FWP were responsible for the refurbishment of 14 terrace commercial properties on the gateway into St Helens. This included the rebuilding of the property façades to give a more contemporary modern look.

Meyer Prestige Ltd - £6.5M
New headquarters and 220,000 sq ft of storage and distribution warehouse, procured on a design and build basis for an international cookware manufacturer.

Patak Foods Limited - £10M
New headquarters and 200,000 sq ft food processing facility for Patak Spices Ltd. The scheme was completed in less than 12 months and £0.5 million below budget. The project was delivered using a Construction Management procurement route.

RIBA Office Competition - £NA
Entries were invited from architect-led design teams for the design of a new 40,000sq ft office building, to be built in a prominent location close to Preston City Centre.
The key factors behind our concept scheme were:

Rose Hill - Undisclosed
FWP have been appointed to bring back into use a grade II listed barn in Oswestry, Shropshire. The building requires complete internal remodelling, underpinning and structural work. When completed the barn will incorporate offices and residential accommodation.
