  • Peterborough United FC - £9.5M
    FWP have been appointed by DTP to progress the redevelopment of Peterborough United's London Road Stadium. The first phase East Stand is a proposed 4000 seater facility with an integral 30000 square feet educational 'STEM' facility.
  • FC United of Manchester - £3.4M
    FWP have been appointed as project and cost managers for FC United of Manchester and their new stadium in Newton Heath, Manchester.

    The 5000 capacity stadium will provide a facility that will host FC Utd home fixtures and also provide a community focused facility with meeting rooms, hospitality areas and additional sports facilities including a sports hall, 3G sports pitch and multi use games areas will be incorporated into the site.

    The stadium and facilities will be designed and built to football league standards, and will be a development that reflects FC United's progressive and community focused aspirations.
  • Fleetwood Town Football Club - £3.5M
    FWP have been commissioned to design Fleetwood Town Football Club's new flagship stand at their Highbury Stadium.

    FWP alongside project managers Partington and Associates will provide an overview of the structure which will house community facilities, offices and a club shop.

    The 2000 seater facility will provide a base for match day operations with new changing rooms and hospitality suites.
  • Leicester Tigers - £11M
    Ground redevelopment – Phase 1
    Founded in 1880, Leicester Tigers are one of the most successful and well known rugby clubs in the world. In order to bring their facilities in line with their expertise on the field the club are about to embark on a multi million pound redevelopment. Starting with Phase 1 a new 10,000 seater stand, due for completion for the 2009 – 2010 season.
  • Preston North End Training Ground Redevelopment - £2.7M
    The proposed scheme focuses on both the expansion of the training and the office facilities needed for academy status. The FWP designed aesthetically modern façade along with; first team facilities, 8 Academy / Youth Team changing rooms, 2 officials changing rooms, double height entrance / reception lobby, split level gym areas, staff rooms, dining room / parents lounge, catering facilities are all intended to achieve this goal.
  • Preston North End Football Club - £9.5M
    The 4,000 seater Invincibles Pavilion, incorporating a health centre has completed the final phase of Deepdale's redevelopment. The new capacity of the stadium has been raised to 23,406, and completes a 4 phased project started in 1994 with the construction of the Tom Finney Stand.
  • Marine AFC - £375K
    FWP’s experience in sporting stadia is not limited to multi million pound projects, they understand that the provision of good strategic advice and design at all levels, and to cover all budgets, is paramount to the success of sport as a whole. The new stand and redevelopment of the ground, at this non-league football club, are testament to what can be achieved on a limited budget.
  • Wigan Council – Robin Park - £6M
    FWP have been involved in the creation of a new “Olympic standard” track and field facility in Wigan. The scheme comprised indoor + outdoor athletics facilities together with outdoor synthetic playing fields for soccer, hockey and many other sports.
  • Farnborough Football Club - £425K
    Having Successfully developed Preston North End's Deepdale Stadium, FWP were approached by Farnborough Football Club, an aspiring club currently at the top of the British gas Southern division, to develop the Cherrywood stadium in progressive phases.

    Ultimately hoping to achieve a 10,000 seater capacity with integrated corner floodlight column designs.

    Phase 1, the PRE (South) Stand was designed by FWP in close liaison with Farnborough FC on what is a very tight site. Negotiations were undertaken to secure funding from the football foundation and along with additional support from the fans and chairman, the contract value was achieved allowing contracts to be signed for a 1,300 seater stand. Completion is due in August/ September 2009.
