Scottish & Newcastle Pub Enterprises - £7.3M
Over the last 8 years FWP have provided planning supervision services on the refurbishment of over 100 public houses, some of which include party wall surveying.

Trainstation - £2M
FWP provided cost, design and management input and built the facilities via a construction management route on schemes in Southport, Chester and Manchester.
Of particular note is the value achieved by pursuing the construction management based procurement which achieved savings of over 10% on typical build cost.

The Trustees of The National Football Museum - £12M
The opening of the NFM was the result of the culmination of five years of planning and politics. FWP were central to the procurement of the facility which includes educational areas, café, interactive installations and even a penalty shoot out!

The scheme involves a major hotel & office development in the heart of Preston city centre. The proposed design, consisting of modern office spaces and contemporary hotel accommodation, aims to provide a focal point for the newly developing central business district which links in with the proposed Tithebarn masterplan.

Westleigh - £1.6M
Situated 4 miles to the north of Preston this nineteenth century mansion house which was partially remodelled into a Cold War communications centre complete with nuclear bunker, contains seating for over 250 and will boast state of the art AV/ IT equipment on its opening in August 2010.
