Lancashire County Council Schools - £1.2M
FWP act as lead consultants for LCC Property Services and are currently involved in the design and project management of a number of new Children’s Centres within the County. Most of these Children’s Centres involve the sensitive adaptation and extension of existing Primary Schools.

Briaryfield Nursery, Preston - £900K
Bringing together, early education, childcare, health and family support this Sure Start Nursery has been refurbished and extended to include; crèche area, dedicated class rooms, café with balcony overlooking secure gardens, staff offices and covered play area.

Broughton Business College - £1M
FWP were approached to design a new entrance and extension to Broughton Business College in North Preston. The commission included extensive liaison with end users to create a unique IT Facility and new identity for the college.

Preston College - £1.8M
FWP on behalf of Preston College procured a new multi-purpose sports hall for the St Vincent's Road Campus. The project combined a new sports hall with extensive classroom accommodation. Total delivery costs were less than £600/m2

School of Dentistry @ UCLan - £4M
In September 2007 the completion of the new graduate entry dental programme for the award of BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery), was delivered at UCLan. The first students started their programme in a new state of the art School of Dentistry which included a lecture theatre, densitry suites and ancillary teaching accommodation all housed in a 3 storey steel framed building.
