Urban Exchange Shopping Centre - £2.2M
FWP were commissioned to provide a shopping mall which would house the Preston Post Office. The works included the demolition of an old engineering works, and designs for a mixed use modern building which would provide both retail and office space. The building is a good example of great design complying with current DDA Regulations achieving access for all.
