Shakerley Community Centre - £700K
FWP advised the client to demolish the existing dilapidated building as the most cost effective way of providing necessary community facilities. This decision made, FWP secured funding from 4 different bodies including the National Lottery for a new purpose built building which houses services for all age groups including; a community / function room, IT suites, offices, kitchen, ball pool with nursery and a café.
