Phase 1 Bold Miners Neighbourhood Centre has undergone an extensive refurbishment inside and out. The facility includes; social club, sun lounge, function rooms, large meeting rooms and offices. It is also home to St.Helens Health Partnership, St.Helens College, the Police and Sure Start Parr, providing a one-stop-shop for the Parr community.
Phase 2 Plans to build new sports changing facilities at Bold Miners Neighbourhood Centre and Clock Face Miners Recreational Club, St. Helens, are set to go ahead, thanks to £135,000 funding from the North West Coalfield Communities Regeneration Programme (NWCCRP).
