Entries were invited from architect-led design teams for the design of a new 40,000sq ft office building, to be built in a prominent location close to Preston City Centre.

The key factors behind our concept scheme were:
Create a bold visual presence on the roundabout location
Create a dynamic working environment for employees
Allow flexibility in terms of how the building is used
offer a welcoming environment for visitors
incorporate the latest sustainable technologies.
