New Retail and Storage Unit Phase 1
FWP were engaged by Mears Carpets to provide design and achieve planning approval for a new large retail and storage unit. This achieved the project went ahead on a deign and build basis, with no external structural bracing and by using a mix of horizontal and vertical cladding.
Office Block Phase 2
The completion and success of the new retail and storage unit, necessitated the requirement for extra office space. Situated in the grounds of the original unit this 3 storey, smooth profile cladded and patent glazed building was sited over the main drain for Longridge and had therefore to span over the pipework.
