The £35m scheme comprises the construction of 450 student residential, shops and key worker units which will enable the funding of the initial phases of the stadium redevelopment. Currently Bath City are in step 2 of the football pyramid but Twerton Park, BCFC’s home for over a hundred and ten years, has been used in the English Football league in the past. The new main grandstand will provide new football admin and changing room facilities together with bars lounges and seating for 1000 spectators. The completed revamp of the remaining stands will see Twerton park ready for BCFC to play at step 1. The National League. It is also future proofed to allow further redevelopment which will achive a facility for football league entry and a 6000 total capacity seated and standing

FWP have worked in close collaboration Greenacre Capital, Adapt Real Estate and Stride Treglown architects to create a multi-functional vision for the club. When complete the High street of Twerton will be transformed and Bath City will have created new modern facilities for themselves and the local community .
