The renovation of Room 58 in the Foster Building at UCLan’s Preston Campus resulted in a remarkable transformation of this staff office area.

The area now features an innovative working environment within an open-plan layout, segmented by new acoustic glass pods, enhanced lighting to provide the appropriate illumination for staff, and stylish flooring that helps define different zones within the space.

Through meticulous planning and comprehensive team collaboration, the project was completed on schedule and within budget.
