FWP has played a pivotal role, providing project management, cost consultancy, and principal designer services to ensure the successful delivery of this landmark project at York Racecourse.

The project has enhanced the racegoer experience with upgrades to lawns, modern seating, and the full refurbishment of the Bustardthorpe Stand. The brand-new Roberto Bar Pavilion, a permanent structure replacing the previous semi-permanent bar, is now in place, along with improvements to catering and toilet facilities.

Sustainability has been at the forefront of FWP’s efforts, incorporating solar panels and green roofs to future-proof the racecourse as a premier venue for racing enthusiasts.
