FWP secured permission for a mixed-use development comprising a new First Team training facility for Preston North End Football Club, public open space including a variety of community facilities and up to 450 dwellings on 69.4 hectares of  land associated with Ingol Village Golf Course, Preston.

The residential development acted as an enabling development to cover the delivery costs of the training facility and public open space.
