FWP worked closely with Donald Insall Associates and Halton Borough Council over a two-year period in developing the design and managing the construction process to a very tight budget.

The scheme involved the restoration of the existing Bowling Club House and Lakeside Pavilion House which now accommodates the boating club. The main feature of the scheme was the provision of a new visitor centre including a large café area.
