FWP were appointed by Scarisbrick Hall School to convert their disused accommodation block into a modern yet traditional library for the older pupils within the school.
Scarisbrick Hall School is a mixed independent school. Its stunning Grade I listed building is one of the finest examples of Victorian Gothic Architecture in England, designed by the architect Pugin, its most notable feature is the 100-foot tower located within the main school building.
The renovation of a Pugin style library within the listed building including finely crafted oak joinery, beautiful bespoke lighting, a restored fireplace and original architectural details. This library is an ideal space to lose yourself in a book and can be used as a space for group study.
Further works are ongoing at the school including a state of the art gym, a 3G MUGA multi-use sports pitch, changing rooms, sixth form areas and a science block.
