FWP has delivered Quantity Surveying and CDM/Principal Designer services for the Moot Court at the University of Lancashire. This 10-week project involved the refurbishment of the existing moot court room, transforming it into a state-of-the-art facility that simulates a real-life courtroom environment.

The refurbishment included the removal of several walls to optimise the existing space, a complete interior fit-out, and the installation of new M&E services, including specialist lighting and audio-video systems and a new comfort cooling system. These enhancements are designed to provide UCLan law students with the ideal setting to gain hands-on legal experience through mock trials and case presentations.
